We offer an excellent kiln maintenance and repair service. We can respond quickly and handle efficiently any failure situation that may occur. This usually involves phone/email correspondence, a site visit and/or ordering appropriate material from the manufacturer. We may be able to address and resolve some issues simply by a phone call. We only install factory replacement parts…no substitutions. We have the skills to repair all brands, models and types of electric and gas kilns. We have the expertise needed to modify or retrofit older equipment.

Service may be as simple as replacing a thermocouple or may involve a full rebuild of refractory, control, electrical or plumbing. We are able to care for all your equipment needs.
